This Privacy Policy explains how Dux Online, LLC (“Dux”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use dux.run and the Dux platform (the “Service”). It applies to visitors, trial users, and paying customers.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account data — name, work email, agency name, and password you provide when signing up.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store full card numbers.
• Client data you upload — your clients’ contact records, files, briefs, messages, and project data you enter into the Service.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location from IP.

3. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate users and secure workspaces.
• To send transactional email (invoices, renewals, security notices) and — only with consent — product updates.
• To measure aggregate usage and performance of the Service.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors that help us run the Service — hosting, payments (Stripe), transactional email, and error monitoring — each bound by data-processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Data retention & security

Workspace data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted from production systems and backups. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Client portal data is segregated per workspace.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Workspace owners can export or delete workspace data at any time from settings. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll notify workspace owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
